This is my favorite pizza, and my first attempt to think outside the pizza box. Since Sasha is from NYC and pizza is his food, I wanted to throw an Indiana twist into the mix. I came up with the "Sweet Home Indiana". It's loaded with sausage, potatoes, pickled sweet corn, and after baking we add some fresh spinach. It's a nice, light lunch option and a great shout out to all my Hoosiers!
