There is a lot going on in the picture-- but do you see the mixer?
I built a sliding shelf using a combination of heavy duty drawer slides and large caster wheels. The slides are rated to 120 pounds and the wheels are rated to 400 pounds. The mixer weights about 260 pounds so I think we should be well within our weight limits. Just like with the oven, we built the cabinets to measurements on equipment spec sheets and kept our fingers crossed that everything would fit into place -- and it did!
The mixer rolls out from under the counter for easier mixing, but stows away when not in use.
